You may have heard about wonders of castor oil, but you may also know that it can be downright messy. In fact it’s been a deterrent for many of my patients, so I thought I’d make life a little easier and less messier. Plus in today’s Kickstart video, I’m also going to show you what my Master Herbalist taught me to jack up my castor oil regime that will take it to a whole new level.
Yes, today I’m going to be talking about castor oil therapy…jacked up.
Curious what all the fuss is about? Here are some benefits about castor oil:
- Aids in circulation making it excellent during a detox regime
- Stimulates the immune system
- Acts as an antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal
- Lymphatic stimulant
- Can help to rupture cysts
Wait, it may rupture cysts? Is that good thing? Well take me for example. I suffered on and off with ovarian cysts for years – much of which was tied to my stress levels and living a very unauthentic life. At any rate, my cysts have always loved to stick around, and when they do, they grow which can be quite dangerous. In fact, the last one that grew, grew so big that when it finally ruptured it tore a piece of my right ovary along with it. Not good. So today while I’ll be discussing castor oil therapy for the use of detoxing, if you suffer from ovarian cysts, know that you can use the oil directly on your ovaries about three times per week. I like to do this when I’m reading a book or simply just relaxing. It’ll aid in circulation down by your lady balls and help to dissolve or allow the cysts to break off before they become an issue.
