Does sex make you healthier?
Posted by: Melissa Ramos

You might have heard me rant before about some people’s misconceptions about my business thinking I’m all about sex, or aphrodisiac foods. On the contrary, I’m not. I’m about helping people feel sexy from the inside out with incredible healthy (a.k.a. “sexy”) foods. Now the word food has a multitude of meanings. After eating it, it should nourish our bodies. Food can also be used to describe the nourishment we receive from things that nourish our souls such as creativity. In other words, I describe food as being a powerful external source that fuels ourselves on all levels.

Which brings me to today’s topic: sex.

While my business doesn’t focus primarily on sex, it is an incredible power that can lower down cortisol levels (stress hormones), set off a cascade of pheromones and leave us feeling revitalized. So in essence, sex DOES makes us healthier. This force can be misused in a variety of ways and can be destructive, however if handles with care it can make us thrive, which is why I’m excited to interview Kim Anami a world renown sex expert. I’m going to be picking her brain on why we need to make sex in our relationships more of a priority and why it will help to fuel other aspects of our lives.

Kim as an incredible program coming up on how and why you should get some.

Are you ready to get some?
